GY6 OFFROAD SHIPPING POLICIES

GY6 OFFROAD Offers a variety of shipping options. Detail of said options may be found below:
 
FREE ShippingALL orders over $50 qualify for free standard ground shipping US states (excluding HI and AK), This information stands unless otherwise stated.
 
Expedited ShippingFaster shipping, aka “Expedited” or “Priority” Shipping options are available to the purchaser at an additional cost.
 
Shipping TimesMost orders will be received within 3-5 business days of purchase (excluding HI and AK). Shipping times vary based on carrier.  Although we would like to, GY6 OFFROAD cannot guarantee shipping times and cannot be held responsible for any shipping or delivery issues. All risk of loss is with the Purchaser once the product delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
 

Shipping ExclusionsGY6 OFFROAD ships products to the 50 United States ONLY.  GY6 OFFROAD does not ship to U.S. territories (e.g. Puerto Rico), APO, or Internationally.

 

GY6 OFFROAD RETURN POLICIES

STANDARD RETURN POLICYStandard Returns entail the return of GY6 OFFROAD  products purchased from GY6 OFFROAD that were delivered to the Purchaser free of any defects or damage. Unless otherwise stated, GY6 OFFROAD accepts Standard Returns on any of its products subject to the following conditions:
 
GY6 OFFROAD ORDER CANCELLATION POLICYAll cancellations must be made by the Purchaser through the online cancellation process or over the Phone with a provided cancellation #. The Purchaser may cancel the order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not yet been shipped. GY6 OFFROAD does not accept order cancellations via email. If product has shipped, the Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges incurred.
 
Returns of Products in NEW ConditionAny returned products must be in NEW condition. NEW condition means the product is free from any use, wear, damage, or alterations at the time the returned product is delivered to GY6 OFFROAD. Products that are not in NEW condition are ineligible for return and NO refund will be issued.
 
Defect Return PolicyDefect Returns involve the return of GY6 OFFROAD products that were delivered to the Purchaser in defective condition. Unless otherwise stated, GY6 OFFROAD accepts Defect Returns on any of its products that were delivered to the Purchaser in defective condition. 
    • Steps to take when returning a Defective Item - Please send GY6 OFFROAD  an email on our Contact Us Page, list the following items:
    1. Subject line: Defective Return Request
    2. Body of Email:  Please provide a brief description of events and a few photos of damaged product and or shipping box. Also include your contact information. 
    3. Wait 48 hours: Within 48 hours, if not sooner, GY6 will contact you with updated information and the next steps to take. 

Return ShippingThe Purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs. All risk of loss lies with the Purchaser prior to the returned product being delivered to GY6 OFFROAD. GY6 OFFROAD is not liable for products that are lost or damaged during return shipping. 

Refund ProcessRefunds will be issued only after a returned product is delivered to GY6 OFFROAD. GY6 OFFROAD will then verify that the product has been returned in NEW condition. GY6 OFFROAD will provide a full refund for the product only. No refunds will be issued for return shipping costs.
